Yes, we've heard these before. No, we don't mind.

  • Not everything. We run an indoor vertical farm producing pesticide-free greens, herbs and microgreens, but we also have a wholesale arm, which means we can source a much wider range of seasonal produce from trusted suppliers. One order, one relationship.

  • It's exactly what it sounds like: crops grown indoors, stacked vertically, in a fully controlled environment. No soil, no pesticides, no weather. We manage every variable: nutrients, light, temperature and humidity. The result is consistent, clean produce year-round, regardless of what's happening outside.

  • We're not certified organic, but in practice we go further than most organic growing. Because we grow indoors in a fully controlled environment, we have no need for pesticides at all: not reduced pesticide use, zero. Certification is a process we're working through, but the way we grow speaks for itself.

  • Yes, and it's something we actively enjoy. If you're a restaurant or brand looking to host a farm dinner, a chef's table, a product launch or any kind of food event, we're open to it.
